Parent Onboarding
This guide is to help parents in the onboarding process into Tuii.
Step 1: Go to https://app.tuii.io/ and select Sign Up Now

Step 2: Select your profile type (Parent).

Step 3: Sign up with your email, add and confirm your password and select “Yes I accept
Tuii’s Terms of Service” and click Register.

Step 4: Complete Parent Registration screen.

Step 5: Check your email for email verification sent by Tuii.


Step 6: Go back to Tuii and wait until you see this, then proceed to mobile phone
verification

Step 8: Complete Mobile Verification by inputing the six digit number SMS'd to you by Tuii.
N.B. You must enter your password again for security purposes to complete this action.

Step 9: Add your children. To add more press “+ Add Another Child”.

Step 10: Setup and confirm a parental PIN:

Congratulations! You are now onboarded.
You will notice at the top of the screen “Activate Learning Profile”. This is where you change between the Parent User and the Child User. The child has no access to payments or bookings when their learning profile is activated.
The Parent must log into the device the child is going to use for lessons and activate the
child’s learning profile. The Parental PIN stops them from making changes on the account.

Step 9: Ask your educator to send you their Tuii Profile URL. Once you have opened their profile URL in your browser you will be able to send them a connection request.


Once your educator accepts your connection request you will be able to accept and pay for Bookings and receive your first Lesson. You'll get a notification from your educator once they accept your connection request.
