Tuii Referral System Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  1. Referrer: An existing Tuii educator who refers a new educator or student to the Tuii platform.
  2. Referee: A new educator or student who is referred to the Tuii platform by an existing Tuii educator.
  3. Successful Educator Referral: Occurs when a referred educator completes the onboarding process and conducts at least one paid booking with a value of at least $50 AUD.
  4. Successful Student Referral: Occurs when a referred student completes the onboarding process and conducts at least one paid booking with an educator, with a value of at least $50 AUD.
  5. Credit: The monetary value ($50 for educators and $5 for students) awarded to the referrer and referee that offsets future educator side platform fees.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility for Referral Credit

  • To be eligible for the referral credit, the referrer must refer new educators or students using the Tuii platform's referral system.
  • Referrals must be tracked and issued through the Tuii app to qualify for the referral credit. Any referrals made outside the Tuii platform will not be considered for the referral credit.

Successful Educator Referral

  • A referred educator must complete the onboarding process on the Tuii platform.
  • The referred educator must complete at least one paid booking with a value of at least $50 AUD.
  • Upon meeting these conditions, both the referrer and the referee will receive $50 AUD in credit. This credit will automatically offset future educator side platform fees.

Successful Student Referral

  • An educator must refer a new student who completes the onboarding process on the Tuii platform.
  • The referred student must complete at least one paid booking with the referring educator, with a value of at least $50 AUD.
  • Upon meeting these conditions, the referring educator will receive $5 AUD in credit. This credit will automatically offset future educator side platform fees.

Credit Expiry and Redemption

  • All accrued referral credits will automatically expire 6 months after they have been issued.
  • Referral credits are not redeemable as cash in any currency, whether fiat or crypto.

General Provisions

  • Tuii reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Tuii reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referee from the referral program if any fraudulent activity or misuse of the referral system is detected.
  • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
