Tuii Platform Fee 

In order for Tuii to provide you with access to the platform we need to charge you for the operation and continued improvement of the platform. Each booking you create incurs a platform fee of 3.5% which is deducted from the gross amount of the booking. Additionally, students will be charged a Platform Fee of 3.5%.

NB: When you refund a lesson as an educator, the full amount of the lesson including the Platform fee is refunded to your customer. This fee appears as an Adjustment in the Payouts module. 

Stripe Payout Fee 

As deposits are made to you from your Tuii Stripe Account into your bank account there is a processing fee for these deposits of 25c + 0.25% of the total payout.
