Payouts

How funds are received

When you create bookings and your customers make payment via Stripe, these funds are deposited into your Stripe account. You can view your Stripe account via the Stripe Dashboard from the Settings menu or inside an individual booking. Your Stripe balance shows money received from your customers which is pending payout to you.  Your first payout will take up to 7 days to clear.

How funds get paid out to your bank account

When you mark a lesson as attended (See Lesson Attendance), Tuii automatically schedules a Payout with Stripe for the lesson amount. A payout for a lesson is scheduled to occur 3 days after attendance is recorded. You can see these transactions in the Payouts section of the Bookings module. If your booking contains Additional Goods and Services, these will be linked to the payout of the first lesson in the booking.  

When payouts occur

Each day all scheduled payouts for Lessons and Additional Goods and Services are bundled together into a single payout request. When these funds are deposited into your to your bank account there is a fixed fee of 0.25c and 0.25% deducted by Stripe, we refer to this as the Stripe Payout Fee.
