How you charge for your services

Tuii uses Stripe to process all payments from customers. To provide this service to you, there is a fee deducted from the gross amount of each booking you create. We refer to this as our Platform Fee.  

Each booking you create allows you to charge your customers for Lessons and Additional Goods and Services. Tuii protects Educators, Students and Parents from potential fraud by linking payouts with lesson attendance.

Each time you take attendance for a lesson, Tuii automatically schedules that lesson for payout to you via Stripe. Information about payouts can be seen in the platform fees and payouts section of each booking and in the Payouts section of the Bookings module.  

How you get paid   

Once lesson attendance has been completed and a lesson is scheduled for payout, Tuii will create a payment request with Stripe that will be scheduled for deposit into your bank account after 72 Hours. If your booking contains Additional Goods and Services, these will be linked to the payout of the first lesson in the booking.  

Each day all scheduled Payouts for Lessons and Additional Goods and Services are bundled together into a single payout request, these can be tracked in the Payouts module and in the Educator Stripe Dashboard in Settings. Each payout Stripe will deduct a bank transfer fee, we refer to this as the Stripe Payout Fee.
