Disputes
Students and Parents can request Refunds which you can approve or reject according to your studio policy. There may be a situation in which a Refund Request is rejected by you and your customer decides to dispute this; you will receive a notification via email explaining the dispute process if this occurs. Tuii will contact you within 72 hours if more information is required to determine the outcome of a dispute. In the even that you do not have any funds in your Tuii Stripe account, we will process a Reverse Transfer against your linked bank account.
As per Tuii's Terms and Conditions, Tuii reserves the right to decide the outcome of any raised disputes between an educator and customer.
