Adjustments

When you refund Lessons or Additional Goods and Services, the full amount the customer has paid needs to be refunded to them. This means that an adjustment for any fees refunded is made against your Stripe balance. These can be seen as an Adjustment line item on transactions in the Payouts module.  

An adjustment will be made against your Stripe balance if you need to refund a customer for a Lesson or Additional Goods and Services for which you have already received a Payout. If there are insufficient funds in your Stripe balance, a Reverse Transfer is requested by Tuii through Stripe against your nominated bank account.
